Shipping policy

Orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days from the date of order from Houston, TX USA.  Our business hours are 8-3pm (CST) Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  If there is an error with a shipping address or problem with your order, we will contact you within 1 business day which may delay the shipment of your order.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days with standard shipping.
