Before you return/exchange please check your size. Our fit is DIFFERENT. Use your waist and hip measurements for the proper fit. Order a size down if in-between sizes. Shortlettes are not meant to be tight in any way nor are they meant to be baggy. Shortlettes that are too small may ride up, roll or slip down. If they feel barely there & forgettable, they are just right.

Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love your Undersummers undergarments. If your first purchase of one Shortlette is worn (not returnable) and does not function properly (rides up or rolls down), we will send you a replacement item in a size and style we think will function best. You will need to provide your waist, hip, and height measurements to access the Happiness Guarantee.
Simply e-mail info@undersummers.com or call us at 281-706-9192 (9:00-3:00 CST M-F) with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the garment or an exchange to get something more comfortable.
- Offer applies to your first worn pair of Shortlette Slip Shorts. One per customer.
- All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders)
Standard Free Return Policy
We accept new, unworn garments for return. Free prepaid return labels can be created within 30 days of delivery. Create your return label here.
If your garment is found to be worn, dirty, or un-new it will not be returned to you, nor will you receive a refund. Garments must be clean and new in original condition.
We apply all returns to the tender on which it was purchased. Gift card returns will be issued back to a gift card. Record of sale (order number) is required for the return to be processed.

Exclusions
What is "Free Returns & Shipping Protection?"
When you opt-in for Free Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE including final sale items!
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Free Returns & Shipping Protection also includes protection covering lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Prior to 8/19/24:
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for ineligible items (final sale/clearance items) in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for clearance items. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, clearance items are final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
USA Returns by Mail
Print and attach the label provided to the outside of your return. We are sorry, but APO shipments will need to be handled as international (see below). If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not be reimbursed for shipping.
