Processing Times:

Most packages leave our Houston, TX warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Estimated shipping times begin once the package leaves our warehouse. Shipping times start once the package leaves our warehouse.

We ship all over the world, including Europe, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia

Other Shipping Information

If your USPS delivery location is unsecured, you may wish to have your package delivered to your workplace or other address. Undersummers.com will be responsible for your package until tracking USPS indicates your package was delivered.

*USPS does not guarantee shipping times. Your package will be delivered to USPS within 2 days of the shipping label being created. It may take 2-5 days for initial tracking information to become available on the USPS website.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If an international package is returned unclaimed or undeliverable, a refund of the product purchase price will be applied. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Standard Free Return Policy

We accept new, unworn garments for return.  Free prepaid return labels can be created within 30 days of delivery. Create your return label here.

If your garment is found to be worn, dirty, or un-new it will not be returned to you, nor will you receive a refund. Garments must be clean and new in original condition.

We apply all returns to the tender on which it was purchased. Gift card returns will be issued back to a gift card. Record of sale  (order number) is required for the return to be processed.

Exclusions

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item in your order, including final sale items, for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but will not be able to return final sale items.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Redo also includes protection covering lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

USA Returns by Mail

Print and attach the label provided to the outside of your return. We are sorry, but APO shipments will need to be handled as international (see below). If you choose to ship the package on your own, you will not be reimbursed for shipping.
